UNE SOIREE AT PHILIPPES. Cuban cigars are illegal in the USA, but not in France. So we ended the night with cuban cigars, cuban rum and sometime after I left, I'm sure they also ate the cake! We had a spanish rice dish with shrimp and chicken, then bread and cheese, of course a lot of water and wine, and then when it got to politics, a lot of dissension!!! C'est NORMAL!!!
